1. Intellectual Property: Any custom designs created by Babadoo and Company will remain the sole intellectual property of Babadoo and Company. However, the client can use or own the physical product resulting from the custom design.

2. Social Media Usage: If images of Babadoo and Company garments are released on social media by a photographer, it is required that a mention of Babadoo and Company be included as the dress designer and as a participating vendor of the wedding or function where the garment was worn.
